Why did Satrak choose agricultural, construction and plant machinery?

Satrak (UK) Ltd received lots of enquires from companies involved in the sale and hire of plant and construction equipment, wanting a security product which catered for their needs. Satrak (UK) Ltd decided to design such a package, but realized that in order to do this properly they first had to listen to the operators in those industries, and understand what they wanted. It soon became very clear that they had not been asked what they wanted before, but simply told what they were to have.

It soon became very clear that they had not been prioritized in the design of previous products, either in included features or pricing.
